Pioneer Polyclinic

Located in western Singapore, in close proximity to Pioneer MRT station, the development is a 7-storey healthcare facility, which accommodates clinics, a laboratory and x-ray room, pharmacies, support and staff areas, healing terraces and outdoor activity spaces.

The design caters for ease of access into the development. A pedestrian barrier-free approach allows for a seamless continuity with the urban fabric and users entering and using the building.

Internally, spaces are arranged to meet programmatic and pragmatic needs, and facilitate healthcare workflow processes and efficiency. In addition, the design is intended to promote community engagement and encourage patient empowerment – from independent self-registration to attending health screenings and consultations, to collecting medicine and making payment.
