JGP's project management service provides clients with an experienced team to coordinate across consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, keeping the project moving without losing sight of the original brief.
We act as the client's representative on the ground, managing scope, programme, cost, and quality from appointment through to practical completion. Our experience across large and complex projects means we understand where risks sit and how to address them early.
What this covers
- Programme planning and milestone tracking
- Consultant and contractor coordination
- Cost monitoring and variation management
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Handover and defects management
Interior Design

From Architecture Into Space
Interior design at JGP is not a separate conversation from architecture. It is a continuation of it. Our interior design work extends the design principles established at the building scale into the spaces that people experience most directly, the rooms, corridors, lobbies, and workplaces that define how a building truly feels.
We work across commercial, institutional, hospitality, and residential typologies, tailoring each interior to the client's operational needs, brand, and aspirations. The result is spaces that are cohesive, considered, and built to last.
What this covers
- Space planning and layout
- Concept development and design direction
- Material, finish, and fixture specification
- Coordination with M&E and specialist consultants
- Implementation oversight
Design for Safety Professional

Safety Designed In, From the Start
Under Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (Design for Safety) Regulations, construction projects with a contract value of S$10 million and above are required to appoint a qualified Design for Safety Professional to review and manage design-related safety risks across the full project lifecycle.
JGP's registered architects are qualified to fulfil this role. As a DfSP, we work with developers, designers, and contractors to systematically identify hazards at the design stage, before they become problems on site. This protects people during construction, maintenance, and eventual demolition, and reduces costly modifications down the line.
What this covers
- DfS review of architectural, structural, and M&E designs
- Hazard identification and risk assessment across the project lifecycle
- Maintenance of the DfS Register
- Coordination of DfS Review Meetings with all stakeholders
- Compliance with WSH (DfS) Regulations 2016
Master Planning

Planning at Scale
Master planning requires a different kind of thinking. At the district, precinct, or township level, the decisions made early have consequences that play out over decades. JGP brings an architect's eye for space and experience to this work, helping clients and authorities develop frameworks that are strategic, workable, and adaptable over time.
Our master planning work spans land use studies, connectivity strategies, phasing plans, and urban design guidelines. We work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop plans that balance development potential with liveability, character, and long-term sustainability.
What this covers
- Land use and development feasibility studies
- Precinct and township planning frameworks
- Urban design guidelines and controls
- Phasing and implementation strategies
- Stakeholder and authority engagement
