Woven Facades: Brickland Weave Recognized with Green Mark Gold Plus

Brickland Weave, JGP Architecture's HDB development in the new town of Tengah, has received the Green Mark Award (Gold Plus) from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in 2025.

The development's architecture takes its cue from the concept of "weaving," with intricate patterns and textures worked into the façade, and units planned to maximise natural light and ventilation. Amenities include a childcare centre, playgrounds, fitness corners and community gardens for residents. Brickland Weave was launched in HDB's February 2023 BTO exercise and is expected to complete around December 2027.
