Urban Sanctuary: Urban Rise @ Woodlands Earns Green Mark Gold Plus

Urban Rise @ Woodlands has been awarded the Green Mark Award (Gold Plus) by Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in 2025, recognising the sustainability of JGP Architecture's design for the Housing & Development Board.

Centrally located in the Woodlands Regional Centre near Woodlands MRT station, Causeway Point and the Woodlands Civic Centre, the development is bounded by Woodlands Avenue 5, North Woodlands Drive and Woodlands Square. Its three residential blocks rise between 28 and 33 storeys and offer 848 units across 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats, among the tallest buildings in the area. Sky terraces and outdoor amenities including playgrounds and fitness stations run through the development, alongside a preschool, residents' network centre, Senior Care Centre and a rooftop garden above the multi-storey car park. The project was launched in HDB's December 2023 BTO exercise and is expected to complete around 2028.
