Small Scale, Sharp Design: One Draycott Wins Top Boutique Award

One Draycott has won the Top Boutique Development Award at the EdgeProp Singapore Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2023.

At just 64 units across 18 storeys, the freehold tower on Draycott Park makes a virtue of its compact footprint: its triangular plan follows the shape of the site itself, a land-efficient solution rather than an imposed form. Unit sizes range from two-bedroom apartments of 732 to 797 sq ft up to four top-floor penthouses of 1,238 to 1,346 sq ft, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies fitted with slide-and-fold screens. JGP Architecture designed the project in partnership with London-based CarverHaggard.

The boutique-scale recognition sits alongside four other wins for the project at the same awards, including Top Luxury Development and Design Excellence.
