Belgravia Ace's showflat, staged with marble and teak finishes and 4.9m ceilings, won Showflat Excellence at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022.
Belgravia Ace's showflat won Showflat Excellence (Uncompleted Residential, Non-central Region) at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022, a category judged on how well a project's show gallery communicates the finished home to buyers.
The showflat staged the development's 4.9m first-floor ceiling height and 6-metre frontage alongside a mezzanine loft pitched as a study, finished with natural marble and Burmese teak flooring, V-Zug appliances and low-emission glazing. It opened for preview on 8 January 2022, two weeks ahead of the project's official launch on 22 January. The response bore out the staging: Fairview Developments collected more than 200 expression-of-interest cheques before launch, and by the close of balloting, 77 of the 85 units released — a 90.6% take-up rate — had been sold, with demand concentrated on the five-bedroom layouts among upgraders and multi-generational families.
It is Belgravia Ace's second win at the same 2022 awards, alongside Top Landed Development for the same project.
