Rooted in the Land: Havelock Hillside Earns HDB Design Merit

Havelock Hillside has received a Certificate of Merit in the To-Be-Built Projects (Housing) category at the HDB Design Award 2023.

Located along Havelock Road near the upcoming Havelock MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, the project is offered under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. On a site of over 23,000 sqm, it will deliver 869 units of 3-room and 4-room flats across two residential blocks of 42 and 45 storeys. The design draws on natural landscapes — meadow plains, green terraces and hillocks — with each block linked by a curved bridge to a rooftop garden above the multi-storey car park, and topped with sky terraces and roof gardens.
