River-Side Retreat: Tenteram Vantage Clinches Green Mark Gold Plus

Tenteram Vantage has been awarded the Green Mark Award (Gold Plus) by Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in 2025, recognising the sustainability credentials of JGP Architecture's design for the Housing & Development Board.

Situated along Jalan Tenteram and the Kallang River, the development comprises four residential blocks of between 30 and 32 storeys, offering 1,040 units of 3-room and 4-room flats. Abundant greenery and open spaces run through the site, with children's playgrounds, fitness stations for adults and seniors, and a roof garden above the multi-storey car park, alongside a preschool and a residents' network centre. Residents also have direct access to walks along the Kallang River and its park connectors. The project was launched in HDB's October 2023 BTO exercise and is expected to complete around 2028.
