Landed Living Redefined: Belgravia Ace Wins Best Strata Housing Award

Belgravia Ace has won Best Strata Housing Development, Singapore at the Asia Property Awards Singapore 2021, recognising the freehold landed development for its design and delivery. The award places JGP's 107-unit project — comprising 104 semi-detached houses and 3 terrace houses on a 290,520 sq ft site along Belgravia Drive — among the year's strongest landed housing launches in Singapore.

The project's developer, Fairview Developments Pte Ltd, a unit of Tong Eng Group, was separately named Best Landed Developer that year, underscoring a wider recognition of the group's landed housing portfolio beyond this single project. Each unit at Belgravia Ace is designed across four levels with an asymmetrical, origami-inflected facade, five bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and a basement carpark.

Shared clubhouse and swimming pool facilities, with some units opening directly onto the pool, extend the development's design intent of communal, garden-set landed living into its shared spaces.
