Design Innovation: Belgravia Ace Named Top Landed Development

Belgravia Ace, the final phase of the Belgravia trilogy in Seletar Hills, was named Top Landed Development at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022.
Belgravia Ace was named Top Landed Development (Uncompleted Residential, Non-central Region) at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022, recognising the freehold cluster-housing project off Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5.
The 107-unit development — 104 semi-detached houses and 3 terraces on roughly 300,000 sq ft of land — is built by Fairview Developments, a joint venture between Tong Eng Brothers and Yeap Holdings, and is the final phase of the Belgravia trilogy that began with Belgravia Villas and Belgravia Green. Its most distinctive move is structural: eighteen pairs of semi-detached houses are joined at the rear rather than side-by-side, the conventional arrangement for semi-Ds, freeing up open frontage on more sides of each home. Houses run three storeys plus an attic level, with 4.9m ground-floor ceilings, private lifts and EV charging points, entered via a roughly 120-metre landscaped boulevard.
The award adds to a run of recognition for the Belgravia series, whose earlier phases had already picked up PropertyGuru's Best Strata Landed Development Award and Asia Property Awards' Best Strata Housing Development (Singapore) title in 2021.
