Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road has received the BCA Construction Excellence Award in the Commercial/Mixed Development Buildings category.
Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road has received the BCA Construction Excellence Award from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in 2015, in the Commercial/Mixed Development Buildings category, recognising the work of builder Kienta Engineering Construction Pte Ltd.
The 16-storey hotel sits in the heart of Orchard Road, its windows framed in blue lighting that reads from a distance, with a granite finish at the base of the concrete columns at the drop-off area.
The development also earned a BCA Green Mark Platinum Award, recognising its environmental performance alongside its construction quality.
