One Draycott has been named Top Development Award winner (Completed Residential – Central Region) at the EdgeProp Singapore Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2023.
Developed by SDB Asia, a subsidiary of Malaysia's Selangor Dredging Berhad, the freehold project sits at Draycott Park in District 10's Ardmore-Draycott enclave, within walking distance of Orchard Road. The 18-storey tower comprises 64 units served by a basement car park and recreational facilities including an outdoor dining area, and was designed by JGP Architecture in partnership with London-based CarverHaggard.
The Top Development win follows the project's recognition in the Design Excellence and Sustainability Excellence categories at the same awards.
