Architecture Project Manager (Intermediate)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure architectural designs comply with all statutory requirements to meet regulatory standards
  • Manage the full design development process to deliver project objectives on time and within scope
  • Execute tender procurement processes to secure qualified contractors and suppliers
  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
  • Procure statutory compliance documentation for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC)
  • Monitor defect rectification and oversee final project certification to ensure completion standards are met

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Architectural from a recognized university
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural working experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for clear project coordination
  • Passion for design, commitment to continuous learning, and innovation in architectural solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Capability to supervise and manage project teams
  • Familiarity with Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects
  • Experience with contract administration using SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract
  • Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability in architectural practice
  • Familiarity with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice

Architectural Designers/ Architects (Junior/Intermediate/Senior)

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 2 years for junior, 5 years for intermediate and 8 years for senior working experience in the related field
  • Required skill(s): Revit BIM, Autocad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
  • Ensuring Design Concepts are carried through at every stage for local and overseas projects
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials
  • Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
  • Ability for self-motivation and time management skills

Resident Technical Officer (Healthcare Projects)

  • Min 5 years' experience in the supervision of Architectural works in Healthcare / HDB / Hospitality / Residential / Commercial / Institutional projects
  • BCA-registered / IES / ACES
  • To carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act
  • To carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act
  • Verify that the Contractor's defects rectification are completed satisfactorily, or to the satisfaction of Clients
  • Monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set
  • Keep proper site documentation and records
  • Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
  • Required skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
  • Estimated commencement of work in December 2024
