Luxury Address: One Draycott Claims Top Luxury Development Award

One Draycott has won the Top Luxury Development Award at the EdgeProp Singapore Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2023.

The freehold development occupies a prime Draycott Park address in the Ardmore-Draycott enclave, near Orchard Road and a cluster of established schools. Each of its 64 units is served by a private lift, and the 18-storey tower's dark-toned curtain wall, detailed with gold and champagne trims, wraps interiors finished in wood and black marble. JGP Architecture designed the project in partnership with London-based CarverHaggard.

The award is one of five the project received at the 2023 ceremony, spanning design, sustainability and overall development categories.
