Considered Geometry: One Draycott Wins EdgeProp Design Excellence Award

One Draycott's triangular tower and contemporary interiors earned it the Design Excellence Award at the EdgeProp Singapore Property Excellence Awards 2023.
One Draycott has won the Design Excellence Award (Completed Residential – Central Region) at the EdgeProp Singapore Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2023, recognising the development's architectural design.
The 18-storey freehold tower at Draycott Park, in the Ardmore-Draycott enclave, takes its triangular form directly from the shape of its site, a solution designed for maximum land efficiency rather than an arbitrary flourish. Its dark-toned curtain wall is detailed with gold and champagne-coloured trims, while private lifts serve each of the 64 units, whose interiors pair wood finishes with black marble for a contemporary, understated look. JGP Architecture worked alongside London-based CarverHaggard on the design.
The award adds to a run of recognition for the project at the same ceremony, including honours for its sustainability performance and overall development quality.
